How do I become a registered member of Era Design?
Click on the 'Register' link on the top right-hand side of every page. This will open a window where you need to: fill in your basic details, choose a password for your account, and click on the 'Sign Up' button to complete your registration!

What are the benefits of registering with Era Interio?
When you register with us, we provide you regular updates regarding new product launches, new design arrivals, offers, and discounts.

How do I change my account password?
To change your password, log in, and choose the 'My Profile' options under your Account name. Here you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.

I have forgotten my password. How do I log in to my account?
Click on 'Login' link on the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot Password?' link. Provide your registered email address or mobile number, and we will send you instructions for getting a new password.

I am not able to find the Era Design newsletter or emails in my inbox
Sometimes, our newsletter may go in the junk or spam box of your email. If you find the newsletters from Era Design in junk/spam box, please mark them as 'not spam' and add the sender to your contact. If you are using Gmail, our emails may also be under the Promotions or Updates tab. In such a case, just drag the email to the Primary tab.

How do I unsubscribe from the Era Design newsletters and offers?
If you no longer wish to receive our communication, we'll be sad to see you go. But you can easily unsubscribe through email.
Orders:

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email, What’s app, SMS notification with its details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

You can also track your order by visiting www.era-design.netand clicking on the 'Track Order' link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can either log in or type in your 'Order Number' to get tracking.

Can I change my delivery date?
Sorry, we do not allow rescheduling of orders through our website. You can contact our helpline for further assistance.
Before I Buy?

Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?
No! There are no delivery or installation charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities/pin codes. Delivery, installation, and clean up after the delivery process is on us. Go ahead and order fearlessly!

What if I receive a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call on +91-9316732292 or email us at service@era-design.net Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

What warranty does Era Design have for its products?
The warranty that we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer to the 'Specifications' tab in the Product Details section for warranty related information.

Can I see the products before I buy?
Yes! We have Era Design Studio all across , where you can come by and take a look at our products. To find your nearest store, you can go to the Store Locator page, enter your pin code or city to find the nearest store in your vicinity.

When can I visit the Era Design Studio ? What are the timings?
Most stores are open all seven days of the week (except public holidays) Please check our store locator page to find the nearest stores and their timings.

What is the estimated dispatch time?
Normally Ready to fit in products available & ready to dispatch against order in two working days. Back to back products based maximum 15 days after order confirmation.

What do I do if a coupon issued by Era Design is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any of the following reasons:
  • The validity of the coupon may have expired
  • The coupon may have already been used.
  • The coupon may not be applicable on certain items
  • The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable.
  • The coupon may be linked to a different user account. Login to the correct user account for availing it.


Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?
Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can, however, add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and avail discounts.

Do you customize furniture, like fabric, dimensions, etc.?
Yes! we do customize furniture for major products. All our products are curated and standardized.

What are my payment options?
Era Design offers a wide range of payment options to accommodate every need and offer maximum flexibility. The following payment options are currently available on Era Design:
  • Internet Banking - We have partnered with 54 leading banks in India.
  • Visa, Master, American Express, and Diners Credit Cards.
  • Debit Cards issued by all leading banks in India.
  • Easy EMI Options by Citi, HDFC, Axis, HSBC, Kotak, Standard Chartered, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, RBL, State Bank of India, and Induslnd credit card holders.
  • Online Wallets such as Mobikwik, Paytm, Payzapp, etc.


Does Era Design retain my card or account details?
We do not collect or store your card or account details. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.

What should I do if a transaction fails?
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons:
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is inaccurate, i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  • Your Internet connection is disrupted in the process
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within seven working days.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash/Card)?
No, at this point in time, we do not offer 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Card on Delivery' as payment options.

When will I get the refund?
The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of ordering will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card
After Sales Service

When will my purchased products be installed?
The installation of the product(s) is completed within two working days after the delivery. Our teams try their best to always stick to the installation timelines and delays, if any, are only due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

Will I be notified regarding technician visit for installation?
You will be notified via Email, Call, what’s app / SMS once the Era Design technician visit is confirmed.
